S.C. Areas
South Carolina is divided into six "Areas":
S.C. Upstate West, S.C. Upstate East, Lower Palmetto Midlands, Upper Palmetto Midlands,
Lower Coastal S.C. and Upper Coastal S.C. Each Area has an elected Trustee and additional "At-Large Trustees" serve in the Upstate and Midlands Areas.
